    Father of four, US Army veteran of 24 years. 12 years active, and 12 years New York National Guard. As Active Army I was stationed in Korea, Fort Drum, NY, and Fort Lewis Washington. While stationed at Fort Lewis I was deployed to Iraq in 2006-2007. 

   I have always been interested in what makes people tick, and more so how to assist in getting through and beyond traumas. After many Informal studies in many modalities, systems and techniques, Mace Energy Method has provided the most efficient and effective method to get to the point. 

   From personal experience, I had taken Anger Management while in the Army due to rage issues, 3 times. I knew the concepts and could teach the class after my third go round. However, I still could not stop certain triggers from activating, it just didn't get deep enough. Through my own sessions as a client first, my trainer, Sherrie Hatfield, was able guide me in a way that found what I needed to and dis-create the trigger all together. I don't unnecessarily explode into a monster anymore. My relationship with my children is so much better. 

   I certified as a Practitioner and since have had the pleasure of assisting people from all walks of life finally eliminate things that have haunted them for years, even decades. 

I work with all types, general stuck in life,  Grief, sexual trauma and abuse, physical abuse, neglect,  PTSD for any cause, Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) to mild and moderate schizophrenia.

  We work with the feeling itself, the feelings the caused you to reach out. You are free from having to tell, or retell the events that  led to your current state. You do NOT  have to analyze, rationalize, judge, justify, fight, negotiate or dismiss any feelings you have. You are free from having to go over "THE NARRITVE". 

MACE ENERGY METHOD uses your own inner knowing to efficiently get to the cause of your issues.  We use  Directed Mental Exercises using images drawn by your mind. With MACE ENERGY METHOD, we will not even analyze the image, which may seem counterintuitive due to the exercise itself. 

After a MACE ENERGY METHOD  session, what ever we handle generally does not trigger again,  And you are back in your natural state, free to continue your life without the troubles.

MACE ENERGY METHOD  works

Mace Energy Method is strait forward, I will repeat the fact that this is Mace Energy Method and not a typical therapy.  

This Method understands that you have a natural intuition,  we trust that intuition.    Fact

is, YOU know what YOU want to change. You KNOW what YOU want to stop reacting to. You will realize that the way  MACE Energy Method gets to the core of all that is intuitive and simple. 

In the beginning of the session, a detailed introduction is given to explain the working principles and procedures used during the session. Then we do a short discovery procedure. The procedure is an eyes closed, directed mental exercise.  After we discover what we need to, I give more instruction and we practice for the method. Once that is established we move directly into removing the unwanted things using images drawn from your own experiences. We have procedures to work with the images. By the end you should be free to of the thoughts and feelings that have been causing discomfort, free to move forward. It is important to understand you will not have to go over the details or tell the story of your experiences.  Mace Energy Method works without narrative.

 A complete session is two parts. The first part is 2 hours, the second part is 1 hour after a week.  The follow up is very important to check for new awareness and progress.
